Enterprise plans

Ordinary Enterprise is not listed on the Shopify App Store. It’s a sales-led path for stores at $20M+ GMV, or any store that needs SSO, SOC 2, or contractual terms.

What’s included

Everything in Advanced, plus:

  • Dedicated account manager — a single point of contact at Ordinary, not a rotating support queue.
  • Custom data pipeline work — we build integrations or ETL jobs specific to your stack (e.g. custom warehouses, niche ad networks).
  • SSO — SAML or OIDC SSO integration with your IdP (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace).
  • Audit logs — detailed activity feed with export. Paired with SSO’s identity mapping.
  • SOC 2 Type 2 report — available under NDA during sales process.
  • Annual prepay or Net 30 invoicing — billed directly by Ordinary via Stripe, not through Shopify’s Billing API.
  • Private Slack or Microsoft Teams channel — direct line to support, not a ticket queue.
  • Quarterly strategy reviews — we come prepared with your data, a competitive benchmark read, and specific recommendations.

Pricing

Custom, based on:

  • Your GMV and pixel event volume
  • Contract length (annual vs multi-year)
  • Integrations or custom work required
  • Payment terms

Typical starting point: $2,000-$5,000/month for a standard Enterprise contract with an $20-50M GMV brand. Large enterprise (public DTC brands, multi-brand operators) land higher.

How to get started

Email sales@tryordinary.com with:

  • Your store domain(s)
  • Rough annual GMV
  • What you need that Advanced doesn’t cover (SSO? SOC 2? custom integration?)
  • Decision timeline

A sales contact will respond within one business day with next steps — typically a 30-minute intro call.

Migration from Starter / Advanced

If you’re currently on a Shopify-billed plan:

  • Your install, access token, and pixel stay intact. Nothing breaks mid-migration.
  • We cancel your Shopify subscription on the approved migration date.
  • Stripe billing starts at the agreed amount with your chosen payment terms (Net 30 invoicing, annual prepay, etc.).
  • Your billing switches from Shopify to Stripe behind the scenes. Reports, features, everything keeps working.

Your Ordinary account manager handles the actual migration on our end; you won’t do any clicking.

Downgrading from Enterprise

Rare but possible. Email your account manager; they’ll walk through the steps to move you to Advanced (or Starter, if you’ve genuinely shrunk).
