The free Advanced trial
Stores on the Free plan can try Advanced free for 30 days. For the length of the trial, every Advanced feature is on for your store: ad-spend integrations and ROAS, multi-touch attribution, unlimited report history and A/B tests, session replays, cohort retention, creative analytics, product margins and unlimited team seats.
The trial never creates a charge, and there’s nothing to cancel.
Starting the trial
An admin of your organization can start it in either of two places:
- The Try Advanced free for 30 days offer that appears in the app. Choosing Not now hides it for a few days.
- Settings → Billing, on the Advanced trial card.
Each store can take the trial once.
During the trial
Settings → Billing shows the date your trial ends, in your store’s timezone. A few days before it ends, Ordinary invites you to book a call with our team so we can make sure you’re getting the most out of Advanced.
To keep Advanced, upgrade at any time from Settings → Billing (Keep Advanced or Change plan). Upgrading during the trial keeps Advanced without a gap.
When the trial ends
Your store moves back to the Free plan automatically, and your organization’s admins get an email confirming it. From then on:
- Your data stays in place. Integrations keep syncing, so your reports are up to date the moment you upgrade.
- Report history goes back to the Free plan’s 30 days.
- A/B tests: the Free plan includes one test, the first one your store created. If it’s running, it keeps running. Other running or paused tests end, and their results stay readable.
- Team seats: the Free plan includes one seat. Teammates beyond that keep their accounts but can’t open your store in Ordinary until an admin upgrades or frees up a seat.
- Store revenue: if your store’s revenue is above what the Free plan covers, your reports show data up to the end of your trial until you upgrade. See Over-tier banner — what it means.
If you bought a paid plan during the trial, you keep that plan.
