Inviting your team

Invite partners, marketers, and freelancers to your Ordinary organization so they can see the data without sharing your login.

Seats per plan

Every paid seat (beyond the owner) counts against your plan’s limit:

PlanSeats included
Free1 (just the owner)
Starter5
AdvancedUnlimited

Pending invitations count toward the limit so bulk-inviting doesn’t blow past the cap. If you hit the limit, see Can’t invite more team members.

How to invite

  1. Go to Settings → Team.

  2. Click Invite member.

  3. Enter the email and pick a role:

    • Admin — full access. Can change billing, connect integrations, invite others. Give this to trusted team leads only.
    • Reports user — read-only access to all reports. Can’t change settings, integrations, or billing. The safe choice for external freelancers.
    • Creatives user — same as Reports user, plus the Creatives workspace. For your ad creative team.
  4. Click Send invitation.

The invitee gets an email invitation. They click the link, pick a password, and land in your organization.

Managing existing members

The Team page lists everyone currently in your organization. For each row:

  • Click the role pill to change someone’s role.
  • Click the three-dot menu → Remove to revoke access.

Removing someone doesn’t delete their Ordinary account — it just unlinks them from your organization. They keep access to any other Ordinary organizations they’re a member of.

Pending invitations

Invitations appear in the same list with a Pending Invitation pill. Until accepted, the seat is held (it counts against your limit).

Two actions sit at the end of each pending row:

  • Resend (paper-plane icon) — sends a fresh invitation email. Use this if the original never arrived or the link has expired. A new link is generated and the previous one stops working.
  • Cancel (✕ icon) — revokes the invitation. The person can no longer accept it, and the held seat is freed.

Can one person belong to multiple Ordinary organizations?

Yes — agencies and consultants typically do. Each invitee logs in once and switches between organizations from the top-bar dropdown.
