On this page

Orders is available on every plan to organization admins. Left nav → Commerce → Orders.

The Orders page lists every order from your Shopify store, with the marketing that led to each one. Click any order to see its full detail.

The scorecards

Across the top, for the selected dates:

  • Total Orders and Total Revenue
  • Unfulfilled — orders not yet fulfilled
  • New Customers and Repeat Customers, each with its share of total orders

Turn on comparison in the date picker to see the change against the comparison period on Total Orders and Total Revenue.

Choosing dates

Orders uses the date picker at the top of the page. Presets run from Today to Last 12 months, or pick a custom range, and click Apply. Days follow your shop’s time zone, and the end day is included. See Report date windows.

Searching, sorting and filtering

  • Search orders — matches order number, customer name, email, SKUs, discount codes, UTM source, UTM campaign and tags, anywhere in the text.
  • Sort — by Date, Total, Customer, Status or Quantity, ascending or descending. Newest first by default.
  • Add filter — filter on Customer, Email, Status, SKUs, Discount, Source, Medium, Campaign, Content, Term, Tags or Repeat?. Pick a column, then tick the values you want. Active filters show as pills you can remove one at a time, or clear all. Filters apply to the orders loaded on the current page; use search to look across every order.
  • Split — if you run experiments, split the list by an experiment’s variants. The scorecards gain a By variant row and the table a Variant column.

Columns

The table shows 100 orders per page. Default columns:

  • Order, Date, Customer, Total
  • Status — fulfilled or unfulfilled
  • Qty, Discount
  • Source and Campaign — the order’s UTM source and campaign
  • Tags
  • Repeat? — whether the customer had ordered before

Use the column picker (gear icon) to show Email, Phone, Subtotal, Shipping, Tax, SKUs, Medium, Content, Term, Tracking, Fulfilled At, Received or Shopify ID, or Reset to the defaults. Your choice is saved in your browser.

On Advanced, a Replay column links to the order’s session recording when there is one. See Session replays.

Refreshing orders

Orders arrive from Shopify within seconds. To catch up anything that was missed, click the Refresh icon at the top of the page. It queues a sync of the last 7 days of orders from Shopify.

The order detail page

Click any row to open the order. The header has an attribution model selector (First-touch, Last-touch, Linear, Time decay); Linear and Time decay are on Starter and higher.

Order details

The order as Shopify recorded it: customer (linked to their customer page), email, phone, fulfillment status, fulfilled date and tracking number when there is one, whether this is a New customer or Repeat customer, and the Shopify ID. Below that, the line items with image, SKU, unit price and quantity, then Subtotal, Shipping, Tax, any Discount code, and Total.

A badge next to the title flags orders the pixel couldn’t fully see, for example a POS sale, an order from a privacy browser, or a shopper in a region where analytics consent wasn’t given. Hover it for the detail.

Marketing touchpoints

The marketing this shopper saw before ordering, oldest first: the ad or campaign name and date, campaign and ad set, Klaviyo campaign or flow sends, the ad headline and creative thumbnail, and each touchpoint’s share of credit. Ad and email names appear when Meta, Google Ads or Klaviyo is connected (Starter and higher). The card is hidden when there are no touchpoints.

Journey

Each visit before the order, in time order: the channel (Facebook, Google Ads, Email, Direct and so on) with the ad or campaign name, how long before the order it happened, and its credit under the selected model. The last step is Purchased, with the order total. Long journeys show the latest visits, with a button to show the earlier ones.

When Shopify has no recorded visits for the order, the card shows the order’s own campaign tags instead.

Session recordings

On Advanced, the order’s matched session recordings appear on the right, with device, duration and a link to watch.
