# Understanding your plan

> Plans, features, and limits across Free, Starter, Advanced, and Enterprise tiers on Ordinary.

Ordinary has four plans. Every plan shares the same first-party pixel
and core Shopify integration — they differ in attribution depth, ad-spend
integrations, team size, and support. **Free already shows you which
channels drive your revenue** (from the pixel + customer journey); paid
plans add the ad-spend side (ROAS), multi-touch models, and the deeper
analytics surfaces.

¹ A/B testing is a Starter+ feature. Accounts that install during our
launch period include it on Free, grandfathered — it stays on for those
stores even after the launch promotion ends.

**Channel attribution vs. ROAS:** Free shows *revenue by channel* — which
sources and campaigns are driving sales — because that's derived from the
first-party pixel and your order data. **Spend and ROAS** require connecting
your ad accounts (Meta, Google, Amazon, GA4, Klaviyo), which is a Starter+
feature, so the cost/return columns appear once you upgrade and connect.

## Pricing

Free is **$0/mo** at all GMV levels.

Starter and Advanced scale by your store's **12-month GMV**. See
[Understanding your GMV tier](https://help.tryordinary.com/concepts/gmv-tiers) for the full
matrix. At the <$250K entry bracket:

- **Starter: $99/mo** ($990/yr, save 17%)
- **Advanced: $149/mo** ($1,490/yr, save 17%)

Enterprise is custom-priced and invoiced directly. Email
[sales@tryordinary.com](mailto:sales@tryordinary.com) if you're at
$20M+ annual GMV or need SSO / audit / SOC 2.
